Scrum Master

Qualifications:

• Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings.
• Facilitate, plan and/or attend other meetings as required including demos, sprint reviews, Program Increment planning, retrospectives, etc.
• Ensure teams apply core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
• Collaborate with Leadership to ensure delivery.
• Work in partnership with Stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Development Managers to plan releases and manage product backlogs.
• Endorse and present appropriate metrics to sustain continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale data conversion efforts.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Must be certified in SAFe or have a current/active CSM certification.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-5 years’ experience serving as a Scrum Master for a medium to large team.
• In-depth understanding of Agile processes.
• Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
• Self-starter. Quick to learn and put new skills to use.
• Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines.
