General Summary

Essential Job Accountabilities

• AI-Enhanced Search Solutions:

  • Explore and implement state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) techniques for content indexing, retrieval, and relevance ranking.

  • Optimize search algorithms to deliver accurate and context-aware results across diverse content repositories.

  • Analyze and compare available generative AI tools in the market

• Data Enrichment and Annotation:

  • Work with large-scale content datasets (documents, emails, multimedia) to create labeled training data for AI models.

  • Annotate content with relevant metadata, semantic tags, and entity recognition to improve search accuracy.

  • Develop tools for automated content enrichment using AI-driven techniques.

• User Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive search interfaces that leverage AI features.

  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on search interface designs based on user feedback.

Education

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Retrieval, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 0 - 2 years of related IT and or AI experience

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

• Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Base Hourly Wage Range :

Hourly: $21.00 $25.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
