This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.
Full-time, Year-Round
Variety of Day & Evening Shifts 7am-9:30pm, Mon-Fri

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service.
- Will assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions.
- Performs food-handling and service duties.
- Answers questions relating to all F&B products.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
- Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactions.
- Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to upsell items.
- Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Cash-handling experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- A Food Handler’s card is required
- An Alcohol Awareness Card is required
