Responsibilities:

• Extract make, model, and serial numbers from asset photographs using SharePoint systems
  
• Verify and enter manufacturing dates based on serial number decoding
  
• Process warranty information and asset details into maintenance management software
  
• Review asset photographs and determine data availability for processing
  
• Reject incomplete or unclear asset records with appropriate documentation
  
• Follow established SOPs and quality control checklists
  
• Provide backup support for communications role during absences or high-volume periods
  
• Assist with email coordination and basic customer communication tasks when needed
  

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail for accurate data extraction and entry
  
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain quality standards
  
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications
  
• Good English communication skills for backup communications support
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Experience with data entry or similar detail-oriented work preferred
  
• Flexibility to adjust hours based on workflow demands
