We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Chief of Staff who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll be a strategic partner to the Americas leadership team, owning your domain with autonomy, urgency, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Manage calendars for the Americas leadership team.
Manage executive inboxes, triaging emails with discretion and urgency. Screen and draft communications on behalf of executives when appropriate.
Manage inbound and outbound communications professionally, ensuring timely responses and a consistent executive voice.
Prepare high-quality decks and materials for meetings.
Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flight and hotel bookings, and other logistics.
Team Operations & Project Management
Track and update OKRs and KPIs to maintain team alignment and progress visibility.
Lead, plan and execute Executive Operations initiatives
Own and manage tasks and workflows in Trello
Support light internal task management on an as-needed basis, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
Organize and manage company documents, including SOPs, playbooks, and internal process guides.
Recruiting & People Operations
Be the contact person in the recruiting process such as scheduling interviews and following up with recruiters and candidates.
Conduct research and provide executive summaries (e.g., candidate compensation benchmarks)
Administrative & Office Management
Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, reconciliation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Plan and coordinate key events such as candidate onsites, team offsites, and company retreats.
Manage light office operations such as snack restocking and coordination with cleaning services.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years in an operational or executive support role.
Must be available to work onsite at least three (3) days per week.
Must be able to learn Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Slack, and other productivity tools.
