MOLOCO is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our collaborative team. This position reports to the VP of Finance and will have an active role in the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter with integrity and the ability to work with agility on multiple priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments across all levels of management, functions, and geographies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and improve detailed financial models that track and analyze key metrics and their impact on the company's overall performance
- Manage creation of internal reporting documents including board and other management presentations
- Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and ad-hoc analyses of investment opportunities
- Develop trusted relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders as a business partner and key point of contact for Finance
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes
- Analyze actual financial results versus budget and prepare flux analysis to business leaders and senior management monthly
- Participate and make an impact in budget and forecasting process
- Look for opportunities for improve processes and challenge the status quo
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline, such as economics, Finance; MBA from top business schools preferred
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical role; Experience in AdTech industry is a plus
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel, must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving diagnosis and analytics skills
- Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity; ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
- Experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite is preferred, Experience with SQL a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
