The Clinical Support Associate performs various general clerical, communicative and support services tasks to Nursing, Medical, and other staff members on the nursing unit.
Qualifications:- H.S Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of related/clerical experience required
- Familiarity with medical terminology required
Work Schedule: 24 hours/week-Day shift (7:00 am-3:30 pm), rotating weekends and holidays
Gaylord nursing units offer a variety of skills such as:
Milne Units: Step down/progressive care unit of level of care includes:
- Continuous telemetry monitoring
- Ventilator support and weaning
- LVAD patient population
- Heart Transplant population
Lyman 1 & Hooker 1: Medical Units offer skills such as:
- Stroke
- Complex wounds
- Telemetry
- Pulmonary care
Lyman 2 & Hooker 2: Specialty Units are CARF Accredited with a focused patient population:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Stroke
- Spinal cord Injury
