What You'll Be Doing:
As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care. Your role will involve:

• Conducting detailed assessments to identify and address hospice needs.
• Providing expert nursing care at home to ensure your patients' comfort and peace.
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to create and update personalized care plans.
• Educating and guiding families, supporting them every step of the way.
• Documenting accurately to ensure the best possible care is delivered.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a passionate, dedicated RN with:

• A valid Registered Nurse license.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A compassionate heart and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
