Reports to: Senior Finance Director 
Location: Kenvue’s global headquarters in Summit, NJ
Travel: up to 10% 
Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $137,000 to $235,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do 

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations Excellence within the Controllership organization, this position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the OneStream XF platform architecture along with other important financial applications, including financial consolidation, reporting, data quality management, and analytics. This individual must have a deep understanding of OneStream's capabilities and be able to align them with the organization's financial processes and strategic goals.

As the OneStream Admin & Financial Applications Lead, this position will be responsible for:

1. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
2. Designing and implementing scalable and efficient OneStream architecture enhancements
3. Developing a long-term roadmap for the OneStream platform
4. Optimizing system performance and integration with other enterprise systems
5. Partnering with our Technology & Data team to provide technical leadership and direction in all aspects of the OneStream implementation

This person must have a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, data structures, and system integrations. They will work closely with finance, accounting, and technology and data teams to ensure the OneStream platform meets current needs and can adapt to future requirements. This person must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and drive innovation in financial processes and reporting.
