Job Title: Saladworks Crew Member
Pay: $16–$18 per hour

Job Description:
Saladworks is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will help create a welcoming environment while preparing fresh salads, wraps, soups, and sandwiches according to company standards. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve menu items accurately and efficiently
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining area, and kitchen
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and health regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members and management

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
