We address our customers with skill, knowledge and professionalism while preserving as much of the property as possible, working safely and efficiently on the job site.</div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:         </strong></div><ul> <li>Actively participates in pack outs, inventory, loading, content manipulation, content cleaning, structure cleaning, mitigation assistance and any duty that the contents teams are called out to</li> <li>Packs and securely unpacks client’s property with care and no damage to property or structure.</li> <li>Records a thorough inventory of all client’s restorable and non-restorable items.</li> <li>Takes photos of jobs assigned from start to finish.</li> <li>Utilizing the provided software for daily jobs and keeping up to date with the contents that will be coming and going from the warehouse space.</li> <li>Manages inventory to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.</li> <li>Communicates with Contents Project Manager to discuss materials that are needed for them to complete their work on the job.</li> <li>Maintains a clean, organized, accessible and safe warehouse environment.</li> <li>Takes ownership of the security of the building daily.</li> <li>Assisting the Contents Project Manager with job quality assurance and customer service</li> <li>Inputting notes for daily work to assist in communication within the department.</li> <li>Communicate daily with the Contents Project Manager on the state of the warehouse, inventory, daily notes, forms, and any other departmental requirements.</li> <li><strong>Paid IICRC certification available </strong></li> </ul><div><strong>Why this could be a great fit for you:</strong></div><ul> <li>You get more than just another job: you learn a trade in property restoration with paid training and on-the-job experience.​</li> <li>There is real long-term career potential, from entry-level tech to lead tech, project manager, or even running jobs and teams.​</li> <li>The work is active and physical, not sitting at a desk, and it stays in demand even when other industries slow down.</li> <li>Are looking for a path to roles like Lead Technician or Supervisor for people who show up, work hard, and want to build their future.</li> </ul><div><strong>Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)</li> <li>Customer Service Skills</li> <li>Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, Moisture Mapper, and additional systems as requested</li> <li>Ability to create documents</li> <li>Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face</li> <li>Ability to work independently and / or with a team</li> <li>Ability to participate in an on-call schedule</li> <li>Ability to work within hazardous environments safely</li> <li>Ability to operate a company vehicle safely </li> <li>Maintain a level of confidentiality</li> </ul><div><strong>Preferred Education and Experience: </strong></div><ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li> <li>Customer Service experience</li> <li>1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling</li> </ul><div><strong>Physical Requirement</strong></div><ul> <li>Constantly move about job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces</li> <li>Occasionally requires a ladder to complete jobs</li> <li>Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face</li> <li>Frequently will lift up to 60lbs</li> <li>Ability to safely operate a company vehicle</li> </ul><div> <strong>Make an impact now:</strong> Paul Davis is proud of our 56-year heritage serving people in their time of need when facing disaster and ha
