Cleveland Clinic’s M50 Pediatric Nursing Unit is part of Cleveland Clinic Children’s and is dedicated to treating hematology and oncology pediatric patients. Caregivers on this unit provide innovative cancer and blood disorder care for children, including adolescents and young adults. M50 also provides care to pediatric bone marrow transplant patients. As a New Grad RN Resident on this unit, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. Additionally, the Cleveland Clinic system provides nurses with many professional development resources, including further education and online/in-person courses to enhance their skills.

A caregiver in this position works a day/night rotation of 7:00AM – 7:30PM and 7:00PM – 7:30AM.

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.  

• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity of need, patient preference and resource availability).
