<p style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Schedule </strong><em>(Open Availability Highly Preferred)</em><strong>:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1;"><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">Sun -Thursday 6am-230pm</span></strong></li> <li style="line-height: 1;"><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">Tuesday -Saturday 6am-230pm</span></strong></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Pay Range:&nbsp;</strong>$17 hourly</p> <p>As a Safe and Secure Associate, you will be an integral part of the Safe and Secure Team executing programs and processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected. At our gates, you will be the face of Carvana to our associates, our vendors, and our visitors. You will ensure proper protocols are followed with egress and digress procedures. You will be well versed on emergency procedures and will be able to provide assistance when needed. You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are adhered to.</p> <p><strong>A Day in the Life&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and properly document the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.</li> <li>You will be the face of Carvana to our associates, our vendors, and anyone visiting a site.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead with effective communication with team, partners, and customers. Ensure you are a strong active listener and are incorporating effective dialogue.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and Logistics facility yard and buildings - documenting any security and/or safety concerns.</li> <li>Become trained and certified on a variety of life saving measures such as first aid, CPR, and AED. Be there when the Team needs you.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with your Safe and Secure Team Lead and Safe and Secure Manager to remedy the various requests we receive for badge creation, CCTV review, amongst other components.&nbsp;</li> <li>Promote an incident ready focus everyday at your site. Understand our Incident Response Protocol and ensure appropriate actions are taken when needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>De-escalate situations to ensure we collaborate with partners and team members; keep our Carvana value in mind, “we are all in this together”.&nbsp;</li> <li>Execute the facility Safe and Secure Principles at the entrance/exits.
