Compensation Range:

$37.93 - $49.31

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

FT/PT positions available.  D/E/N, 8 and 12 hour shifts, holidays and weekends per unit policy. 

 Unique opportunity for a dynamic and flexible individual to be a part of the Wilmot Cancer Center team managing post operative care of surgical oncology, ENT, urology and colon and rectal patients. The eager candidate will serve as an integral member of a large interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to our diverse population. Excellent communication skills coupled with effective critical thinking skills will enhance your transition to a new team. Both new graduate and experienced nurses are eligible for residency programs
