Let’s go!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>Your Mission</strong></h4> <p>You’ll join Bitpanda’s Group Risk Management team as a hands-on Risk &amp; Controls Specialist, responsible for delivering assurance across key business, operational, product, and finance processes. Reporting to the Group Head of Non-Financial Risk. You will drive control testing, continuous monitoring, issue remediation, and risk assessment activities, helping the business remain resilient, compliant, and audit-ready while strengthening risk and control practices.</p> <h4><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Execute risk-based control testing, including walkthroughs, sampling, evidence reviews, and effectiveness assessments across business, operational, product, and finance controls.</li> <li>Deliver continuous control monitoring, track control performance, and maintain high-quality control documentation and evidence standards.</li> <li>Manage findings and remediation activities, including issue tracking, root cause analysis, action plan validation, and retesting.</li> <li>Support risk and control assessments (RCSAs), control mapping, and the maintenance of accurate risk and control records within the GRC system.</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders across Business, Operations, Product, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, AFC, InfoSec, and Audit while maintaining 2LOD independence.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who You Are</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in risk, controls, as
