For the Customer Service team, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service, Order-to-Cash professional, to support the French market.</p><p>Description</p><p>As a Customer Service professional, your responsibilities are:</p><ul><li>Process customer purchase orders in line with customer logistics and shipping requirements.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues.</li><li>Manage and track customer cases in Salesforce.</li><li>Resolve logistics and delivery issues in collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams.</li><li>Participate in daily team meetings and support the resolution of escalated customer concerns.</li><li>Ensure effective team backup coverage and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Complete required training and contribute to a positive, KPI-driven team environment..</li></ul><p> </p>
<p>A successful Customer Service professional should have:</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Customer service or order management experience.</li><li>Fluent in French and English, additional language skills are a plus.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Experience with Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.</li></ul><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.</li></ul>
