Associate Business Intelligence Developer

Job Type Full-time Description

The Associate Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will assist with the development, and implementation of data models and reporting solutions that meet business reporting and analytical objectives. Will participate in reporting projects from end to end (gathering business requirements to deployment and fixes) and manage ad-hoc requests under the guidance of senior team members.

Essential Functions 

Design, support, and maintain reports and dashboards to aid business decision-making

Develop data models to support reporting and analytical needs

Adhere to established processes to maintain data in an accurate and able format

Create reports and dashboards to measure and inform business partners on KPI's and metrics

Partner with business teams to define business requirements 

Support continuous improvement processes, investigating problems, generating recommendations, and implementing solutions based on the use of analytical tools

Requirements

  

Typically has the following skills or abilities: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Programming or related field, or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines while using analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a busy environment

Able to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours

The compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions. Salary Description $58,000 - $69,000
