Responsibilities
- General Building Maintenance
- Mowing/grounds maintenance
- Road cleaning
- Equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Trash collection
- Spill response
- Landscaping
- Snow/Ice removal
- Misc. site improvements and various mill tasks
Qualifications
Required
- Safety-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be or become certified to operate a variety of mobile equipment.
- Ability to work a 50 hour +/- work week
Preferred
- Heavy equipment experience
- Mechanical experience
- Lawn maintenance knowledge/experience
