Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
Troubleshoot complex issues across software and infrastructure layers, ensuring high availability and performance.
Automate disaster recovery, high availability, and fault tolerance strategies using infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native tooling.
Present innovative ideas to leadership and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.
Lead the standardization and implementation of reusable architectures and deployment patterns for AWS-hosted applications.
Engineer applications with best practices for fault tolerance, data replication, and multi-region support.
Own end-to-end solution delivery—including design, development, and maintenance—across platforms using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and empower teams to implement innovative solutions.
Take ownership of solving customer problems through effective use of modern technologies and engineering practices.
Identify and lead the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making.
Collaborate with data science and architecture teams to design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
Develop and manage AI agents that can autonomously perform tasks, interact with users, and adapt to changing business contexts.
Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques to optimize AI performance and relevance.
Ensure responsible AI practices, including model evaluation, bias mitigation, and compliance with governance standards.
