Regions Hospital is seeking a positive and cheerful Custodial Worker to join our team! We are looking for honest, hardworking individuals who are driven to help others. If you are looking for a company where your talents don't go unnoticed, we want to meet you!

Custodial Workers provide a clean and safe environment for patients to receive care and staff to provide care. 

This position is responsible for:

  • Cleaning and servicing all areas of the hospital according to established procedures.
  • Moves supplies throughout the hospital and will also move light equipment or furniture occasionally per department set up request. 
  • Performs a variety of environmental services and cleaning duties to help maintain the hospital in a clean and sanitary condition. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Work schedule:  FTE .5 (20 hrs. weekly), Day/Evening Shift

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience: Custodial experience in a hospital-related environment preferred

  • Must be able to read, write and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push/pull 30 pounds up to 90 feet.
