Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs and implements comprehensive pricing strategies for service operations and parts distribution, with particular focus on B2B channel optimization
• Develops analytical frameworks to evaluate price elasticity and customer behavior across different service categories and parts segments
• Leads quantitative analysis of historical pricing data to identify opportunities and validate pricing hypotheses
• Creates standardized pricing models that account for labor costs, parts costs, overhead, and market dynamics
• Builds and maintains pricing tools and dashboards to monitor performance and guide decision-making
• Partners with operations teams to understand cost structures and develop profitable pricing strategies
• Analyzes competitor pricing and market positioning to ensure competitive alignment
• Leads regular pricing reviews and recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-10 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5-6 years of experience in pricing strategy and analytics
• Experience developing pricing strategies for both B2B and B2C channels
• Expertise in leveraging AI to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
• Proven track record of implementing successful pricing initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in service industry or parts distribution pricing
• Background in field service operations or appliance industry
• Knowledge of price optimization software and tools
• Experience with price elasticity modeling and customer behavior analysis
