Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Providing support in implementing business-wide strategies globally and coordinating projects to ensure alignment between the central project teams and transportation management representatives from all ALDI countries
- Supporting the global supply chain teams during the business-wide digital transformation and within Steady State
- Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) within the central Transportation Management team to promote a collaborative way of working with other departments, country representatives and working groups
- Assisting with the development of globally aligned documentation and implementation of organisational structures
- Assisting with personnel topics such as recruitment on behalf of the Transportation Management team
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Professional experience or educational background in the area of Supply Chain or Logistics required
- Ability to adjust quickly to fast-paced project environments and the ability to coordinate stakeholders from different parts of the business to achieve project goals
- Ability to demonstrate structured, analytical and independent ways of working
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
