<strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong><strong>: </strong>SporTran is seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Transit Media Production & Installation Specialist to support the expansion of our in-house advertising production. This role is responsible for printing, preparing and professionally installing vinyl graphics across transit assets including buses, bus benches, bus shelters, mobility vans and interior advertising displays.<br><br>
</div><div>This position plays a vital role in maintaining the visual integrity, safety, and professional presentation of SporTran’s advertising platforms across Shreveport–Bossier.<br><br>
</div><div><strong> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div><div>
<strong> </strong><strong><u>Production & Printing</u></strong>
</div><div>• Operate large-format printers for vinyl wraps, decals, and advertising graphics</div><div>• Prepare print files for production (scaling, layout, color accuracy)</div><div>• Monitor ink levels, materials, and printer performance</div><div>• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Installation</u></strong></div><div>• Install full and partial bus wraps ; mobility van wraps </div><div>• Install bench and shelter vinyl advertisements</div><div>• Apply interior and exterior advertising panels and decals</div><div>• Ensure smooth, bubble-free, professional installations</div><div>• Remove and replace expired advertising materials</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Quality Control</u></strong></div><div>• Inspect graphics for alignment, finish quality, and brand accuracy</div><div>• Ensure installations meet safety and transit operational standards</div><div>• Maintain clean, organized workspace and installation tools</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Logistics & Coordination</u></strong></div><div>• Work closely with the SporTran Director of Marketing on scheduling installations</div><div>• Coordinate with maintenance department for vehicle access</div><div>• Maintain inventory of vinyl, laminates, tools, and hardware</div><div><br></div><div><strong> REQUIREMENTS</strong></div><div>
<strong> </strong><strong><u>Experience:</u></strong>
</div><div>• 1–3 years’ experience in vinyl installation or large-format printing preferred</div><div>• Experience wrapping vehicles (preferred but not required)</div><div>• Experience with graphic production equipment is a plus</div><div><br></div><div>
<strong><u>Technical Skills</u></strong><strong>:</strong>
</div><div>
<strong>• </strong>Knowledge of vinyl materials and application techniques</div><div>• Ability to measure, trim, and align graphics precisely</div><div>• Familiarity with large format printers (Roland, HP Latex, Epson, etc.)</div><div>• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or print file preparation preferred</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></div><div>
