About the role

Workforce Insights: Proactively identifying workforce trends and risks through data analysis and predictive modeling.


Data Interpretation: Use workforce data to highlight emerging patterns such as turnover risk, staffing capacity gaps, and operational pressures.


Leadership Support: Translate complex workforce data into clear insights that help leaders make informed decisions about staffing, planning, and operations.

Access, analyze, interpret, and report complex workforce and environmental data to support and elevate Seattle Children's workforce planning process and talent strategies. Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to identify and recommend strategic data needs that support significant business decisions related to the organization's workforce.


Provide guidance and consultation on the selection, implementation, evaluation and support of multifaceted systems and information analysis that support hospital operations, HR industry best practices and data analysis methodologies. Apply substantial depth of skill and experience to review, recommend and implement solutions that enable end users to effectively understand and use data and related to guide decision making and support operations.

Note: This position is posted for the following states: WA, AK, MT, GA, & FL. The pay range shown is for Washington, and Alaska only.

  

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business, Computer Science, Math or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Seven years experience in an HR technical environment. Seven years development experience with SQL (queries, views, functions, etc.), Crystal, Tableau, Lookr and related tools. Seven years experience working with HR systems, including Workday and processes supporting business customers, end users, and IS staff. Expert knowledge of data analysis and display techniques. Experience with complete metrics solution development life-cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, coding, testing and deployment.

Required Credentials
None.

Preferred
Progressively responsible work experience as a Systems or Reporting Analyst or equivalent. Experience managing medium to large projects using standard project management skills, tools and methodologies. Experience working with Workday including architecture, table structures and interfaces with related systems. Ten years experience with Workday Prism and SQL Server databases. Ten years development experience with Workday Prism SQL (queries, views, functions, procedures, etc.), Crystal, and related tools (Access, TOAD, Excel, VBA, HTML, XML).

Compensation Range

$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
