Lead Field Service Technician - Window Cleaning (65013)

We are looking for Lead window cleaners to lead a crew. Experience in rappelling and aerial R.D.S..

We are in search of professionals and hard-working individuals, who are trained in this physically challenging but rewarding career field. A career in commercial exterior building maintenance. Requires the willingness to follow safety rules (without exception), continuously learn new skills and techniques, and maintain a strong work ethic. We provide ongoing safety and job training to workers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Use either a Rope Descent System or scaffolding to reach outside windows up to 500 feet for cleaning or hold and maneuver up to 60’ of watered extension poles (~25 pounds) to clean third and fourth floor windows from the ground.
• Setup and climb ladders to reach second and third story windows.
• Work with and/or transport mildly abrasive chemically based cleaning solutions such as chlorine and ammonia

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good communication and customer services skills
• Availability, if needed, for overtime and occasional weekend or night work
• Valid Driver’s license is preferred

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry ~50 pounds regularly and repeatedly throughout the workday, carrying equipment up flights of stairs and fixed ladders.
• Work at heights of up to 500 feet
• Wear latex gloves or other protective clothing/equipment
• Stand or walk for up to two hours at a time.
• Repetitively stoop, kneel, climb, and reach
• Work outside in all seasons
