Senior Financial Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Stream Data Centers finance team is responsible for the controllership of each data center location as well as corporate expenses. We are responsible for forecasting and managing revenue, operating and capital expenses. We work very closely with our business partners out in the field as well as our internal property and corporate accounting teams. We are always looking for ways to be more scalable and automated so that we can continue to grow at incredibly fast rates.

Responsibilities:

• Build reports in NetSuite and maintain data sources in NetSuite.
• Work with the IT team to continue to work on proper data source integrations for more scalable reporting.
• Own the management and roll-ups of employee and other expense allocations.
• Collaborate with the energy and sustainability teams on specialized reports and forecasting in the respective areas.
• Provide clear analyses on anomalies or changes in the portfolio to the currently forecasted plan.
• Drive quarter, annual, and ad-hoc planning cycles using corporate goals, historical actual data, and future commitment data.
• Build processes to report new business metrics as they arise.
• Lead Continuous improvement activities on monthly reporting process to make it faster, more accurate, and provide new information.
• Lead projects to get ad hoc processes defined and developed to drive future growth and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau, NetSuite, SQL, SAP, Salesforce or other analytics tools
• Experience with large numbers of charges, contracts, and accounts
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity

• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) modeling and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with contract payment terms
• Highest regard for accuracy and completeness
• High degree of comfort with a P&L

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Economics, or Engineering
• Typically 5+ years in FP&A, finance, accounting, or finance supporting function

Base Salary Range: $95k-$125k

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
