Audi San Diego is currently seeking a highly motivated; customer focused BDC Consultant to join their team!
This in-store role is crucial in creating and maintaining a productive relationship between our centralized BDC, service customers, and store stakeholders to drive sales.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $26.44 plus monthly performance bonus (Target Total Comp/OTE: $73,000)
What will you do?
Maximize Internet Lead, Portfolio Management, and Exchange (Service Drive) sales performance Internet Leads:
Facilitate effective Turn-over (TO) and Appointment distribution to Sales Advisors
Follow-up with TO’s to ensure workflows have been executed
Review customer needs ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly
Track TO and appointment activity to ensure robust follow up is executed
Prepare in advance with sales advisors for all internet lead appointments including appointment confirmations, and rescheduling “No Show” appointments when applicable
Be a daily physical presence on the showroom floor. Support sales advisor follow-up, maximizing every sales opportunity
Regular and clear communication with BDC leadership, Coordinators, and Store Stakeholders to maintain productive collaboration and identify opportunities Portfolio management and Vehicle Exchange:
Identify in market service and portfolio customers, outreach and establish needs
Consistent communication and collaboration with store leadership to identify next steps for each customer
Utilize customer retention software effectively
Ensure execution of agreed activities
Track all activity
Misc:
Understand the importance and benefits of this role to retail operations
Plan and allocate time effectively between Internet leads, Portfolio Management and Vehicle Exchange
Provide an outstanding customer experience to ensure all customers feel valued and welcome
What are we looking for
2-4 Years of Customer Service or Sales Experience
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills
Experience in automotive industry a plus
