This role is designed for an experienced engineer who is comfortable taking end-to-end responsibility for complex solutions, contributes meaningfully to architecture and design decisions, and helps raise engineering quality through strong software practices and collaboration.

What will you be doing?
Architecture & Solution Design
Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for GenAI applications.
Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical designs.
Apply established architectural patterns and contribute to their evolution based on hands-on delivery experience.
Review and challenge design decisions with a focus on reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
End-to-End SDLC Ownership
Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle of assigned GenAI solutions.
Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate GenAI applications using Python and cloud services.
Integrate LLM-based capabilities with internal systems, APIs, and data sources.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise expectations for quality, security, compliance, and operational readiness.
Engineering Quality & Best Practices
Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Actively participate in code reviews, promoting good engineering practices and constructive feedback.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and MLOps / LLMOps workflows for GenAI applications.
Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions in production.
Collaboration & Mentoring
Share knowledge and experience with team members through reviews, discussions, and pair work.
Provide day-to-day technical guidance to less experienced engineers when working on shared solutions.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate delivered solutions.
What we’re looking for?
Strong professional experience in Python and modern software engineering practices (5+ years).
Experience delivering production systems in cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
Hands-on experience building and integrating GenAI / LLM-based applications.
Good understanding of software design principles, APIs, and system integration patterns.
Awareness of security and compliance considerations in enterprise environments.
Ability to independently drive tasks and deliver well-scoped solutions end-to-end.
Nice to have:
Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, or LLM-based retrieval systems.
Exposure to GenAI evaluation, monitoring, or cost and performance optimization.
Understanding of AI design patterns.
Interest in new trends in AI and applying them in practice.
Experience working in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments.
Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
