As a Therapist, you'll provide individual, group, family, and other therapeutic services to meet client needs and treatment goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based interventions to enhance clients' overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling in various settings to address client needs and treatment goals.

  • Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within specified timeframes.

  • Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulatory, accreditation, and agency standards.

  • Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on cases.

  • Meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved and information is provided timely.

  • Document all services provided in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.

  • Assist clients through the transition process and complete necessary correspondence.

  • Handle crisis situations and participate in emergency services as needed.

  • Provide clinical consultation and supervision to team members when appropriate.

  • Facilitate specialized services, including trauma-informed care and co-occurring therapy.

  • Represent the agency professionally in the community and maintain positive relationships with referral sources.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
     

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Must hold licensure in good standing with the applicable board of professional registration.

  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

  • Ability and willingness to provide telehealth services (training provided).
     

Required License/Certification (one of the following):

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family
