This includes:</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Coordinating user activations supporting commercial projects within sales cycles </span></li> <li><span>Managing processes related to user segmentation and marketing campaigns</span></li> <li><span>Achieving KPIs for the B2B platform, aligning with the planned budget and sales cycles</span></li> <li><span>Analyzing marketing data to prepare strategic recommendations</span></li> <li><span>Coordinating the work of digital and creative agencies</span><span>Working with local suppliers, internal departments, and global teams on implementing new functionalities</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, merchandising, or marketing</span></li> <li><span>University degree, preferably in marketing, economics, e-commerce, management, or related field</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in English (B2)</span></li> <li><span>Selling skills, assertive communication and proactivity</span></li> <li><span>Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions</span></li> <li><span>Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and familiarity with Google tools</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of marketing automation and CMS systems will be an advantage</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What to expect:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Replacement (temporary) employment contract</span></li> <li><span>Outstanding benefit package and wellbeing activities</span></li> <li><span>Hybrid model of work (50/50, Fabryka Norblina - Warsaw)</span></li> <li><span>Professional training support during the onboarding period</span></li> <li><span>Support in achieving sales targets: we provide work with brands recognized in Poland and worldwide, modern marketing materials, and sales programs</span></li> <li><span>Working among people who enjoy collaborating and communicating openly</span></li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
