$53,000 - $58,000 annually
Job Description:
At Rudolph Community & Care, the Staffing Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining group home schedules using "When I Work" software. You will collaborate closely with Program Directors and Recruiting to ensure efficient and effective staffing. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update group home schedules in "When I Work."
- Communicate open shifts to Recruiting for new hire placement.
- Ensure adequate coverage by managing on-call and float staff schedules.
- Resolve scheduling issues with Program Directors and other teams.
- Use Excel to analyze staffing data and provide recommendations.
- Document significant staffing changes using JotForm.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better scheduling efficiency.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Proficiency in scheduling software.
- Reliable internet for remote work
- Valid Driver’s License (if required for site visits).
