Worker Designation – This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
• Expertise in Life, Disability, and Absence management products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, deadline driven environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and influencing across the organization.
• Executive presence with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
• Builds trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders; effectively gains commitment and drives collaboration.
• Advanced communication skills, with experience presenting, influencing, and negotiating at senior levels.
• Strong customer relationship management acumen, with a focus on long-term partnership and value delivery.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems and related processes.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 10 years' experience in managing key/strategic relationships,
- 5 years management experience
- Experience in customer implementation, project management in the disability industry.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Education & Experience Preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Risk Management Information Systems.
Travel
≤ 25%
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional travel with limited advance notice.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Accountable for end-to-end client onboarding for Life, Absence, and Disability Solutions, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery.
• Establishes and sustains strong relationships with customers, brokers, and key partners, serving as a trusted advisor and linking client needs to current and future offerings.
• Partners with executive leadership to anticipate demand and priorities; collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities, including upsell, cross-sell, and re-enrollment strategies.
• Leads the development and enforcement of implementation strategies, standards, and best practices to meet customer and business needs.
