Our High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission systems connect renewable power to the grid, interconnect different energy markets, and dispatch energy to electrified loads. As HVDC adoption grows globally, we’re expanding our team of HVDC Product Management with a Global Product Specialist for Digital Services.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Global Product Manager for Digital Services, analyze market opportunities, define technology, and shape HVDC digital solutions. Join our highly skilled and diversified global team, working closely with all main business functions, including Sales, Bid & Proposals, Engineering, Operation, Supply Chain Management, Service, and R&D.

Your responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction on the digital product portfolio and support customer implementation activities together with the Global Product Manager. 
• Coordinate cross-functional resources in the global organization to achieve the subject portfolio objectives 
• Ensure efficient business process from business development, tendering, delivery and after sales along the lifecycle of the offering.  
• Support in market analysis related to the subject portfolios to identify new market opportunities and portfolio gaps by collecting and analyzing standards, market requirements, installed base, customer needs and values.
• Translate the analysis into business plans and strategies in line with global product line priorities and monitor the development of the roadmap.

Your background 

• You hold an Engineering Degree
• As a person you have effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• It is a plus if you have international experience
• You are fluent in English 
• You have experience in one or several areas below, with ability to learn 
  • Experience in power industry digital solutions, including IoT, OT and cloud architecture
  • Understands HVDC systems and components, including diagnostics
  • You are familiar with R&D, market dynamics, sales and execution processes
