Strategically cultivates and expands Work+ program. Lead the recruitment of new students and new employers into the program. Serve the main point of contact for students and employers participating in Work+. Responsible for all administrative, support, and referral needs of the programJob Description
Collaborate with the Director of Career Services and Work-based Learning to strategically identify and build relationships with local, state, and regional employers for recruitment of Work+ employers. Promote the program internally and externally in collaboration with admission, marketing, and career services offices. Recruit new students by providing information sessions, attending high school recruitment or community events. Onboards and implements all aspects of Work+ student and employer program requirements. Maintain and manage student and employer records, agreements, invoices, and bursar bill reconciliation. Supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of data regarding recruiting activities, participation, and retention of students and employers. Participate actively in various local, state, regional, and national organizations to increase involvement in Work+. Collaborate with the Regionals’ Communication & Marketing team to design and develop marketing material for employers, including website content, by composing and coordinating the timing of communications to employers. Attend CSWL team meetings, participate in professional development activities, and represent CSWL on campus and in the community as needed. Assist in large office projects and other duties assigned by the director
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business, psychology, or related discipline. Three years of experience in academic advising, human resources, recruitment, academic support, student life, career services, or related field.
Consideration may be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in higher education, human resources, business, psychology, or related discipline. Multi-faceted customer services skill set including organization, strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications, presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Experiencing working with external partners.
