Leasing Manager / Sales Director - Brand new Active Living Community!

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

Pay range: $38-$40 an hour plus a bonus structure

The Leasing Manager is responsible for successfully leasing apartment homes of the active adult living residences to tenants aged 55+. The Leasing Manager drives a professional marketing process, performing cold calls and other sales outreach methods and building positive relationships in the surrounding community to drive occupancy.

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales in this market combined with an ability to qualify and engage prospects is key.
• Must project a professional presence to represent the luxury brand in a positive manner.
• Ability to prospect and close qualified leads a must.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
