Welcome to Bosch.</p><h3>Descrizione del lavoro</h3><p><strong>What will you take care of?</strong></p><p>You will be inserted as intern in the Sales Area of Bosch, in the Turin offices, having the chance to experiment and acquire new competences in Technical Sales. You will have the chance to:</p><ul><li><strong>Contribute to something new</strong>: you will have the chance to support the Sales operations. In details you will issue orders for samples, management of “Sales Force” database for projects in acquisition phase and projects in series, within the Electrical Drives Division of Bosch Italy. You will have the chance to support in the offer preparation. You will also take part in the preparation and execution of internal audits.</li><li><strong>Experience cooperation<em>:</em> </strong>You will learn how to apply Sales and Project Management instruments, methodologies and tools within the Electrical Drives Division of Bosch Italy in order to cooperate with large TIER and OE automotive customers. You will have the chance to support our Sales team during Engineering Change Requests.</li><li><strong>Experience internationality<em>:</em> </strong>you will be inserted in an international working environment with connections to the German Headquarters and to a multinational major OE customer, leveraging the local and international network.</li><li><strong>Strenghten your skills: </strong> you will have the chance to deepen your skills in the area of sales supported by a Bosch tutor. You will also learn to work autonomously with structured and object oriented tasks as an integral part of the team. As far as Stratetgic Sales you’ll be involved in the creation of the strategic sales planning.</li></ul><h3>Qualifiche</h3><p><strong>What distinguishes you?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education: Master degree in Economics or Engineering (Mechanical or Electronic).</strong></li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> English (minimum B2), German and French would be considered as a plus.</li><li><strong>Know-how</strong>: Advanced competence in the Office Suite (in particular your competence on Excel, Word and Power Point), Good competences in Microsoft 365. You have strong analytical skills and interest in Sales (principles, process and methods) and technical background.</li><li><strong>Work style:</strong> meticulous, flexible, goal-oriented and team-worker.</li><li><strong>Personality:</strong> you have good communication skills and you are enthusiastic.</li></ul><h3>Informazioni aggiuntive</h3><p>Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
