Job Description
- With the HR team, maintain a full range of programs & systems to support HEI’s goals.
- Administer day-to-day functions of HR while nurturing positive employee morale and engagement.
- Support an assertive recruitment plan and workforce retention efforts.
- Assess and collaborate with cross functional HR team on efficiency of HR practices.
- Conduct research and provide input regarding complex HR issues.
- Create and maintain procedural work standards and defined procedures.
- Assist with training and organizational development efforts.
- Evaluate and propose effective salary administration practices.
- Review and analyze information from reports, studies, projects, and other resources for immediate and long-range program development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and SHRM-Certified Professional.
- Six or more years applicable HR experience.
- Strong communication skills; both written and oral.
- Advanced user with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Positive teamwork orientation; strong organizational skills, self-motivated, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
