The Vice President HR will be instrumental in shaping and delivering on this agenda supporting the Senior Leadership Team for several global functions, including Finance, Risk & Compliance and Marketing, Legal, Corporate Development and Human Resources, and is reporting directly to the CHRO.  This critical voice sits on the Leadership Teams across each of the functions supported.  EFX is seeking a proactive, influential people leader with superior business acumen who is able to deliver on strategic plans and drive a performance oriented culture. As an active member of the global HR Leadership Team the ideal candidate will be a progressive HR leader with strong communication, collaboration and partnership capabilities are essential to drive for results in a dynamic, competitive global matrix environment.

What you’ll do

• Serve as a right hand, trusted, coach and confidant to Senior Leadership team members, builder/driver of core talent processes across the business.  He/She will be a change agent and strategic business partner to the functional leadership team. 

• Develop talent and workforce planning and capability strategies and drive a talent, culture and engagement agenda in support of the business objectives.  Identify appropriate KPIs measuring progression of talent strategies against business and financial objectives. 

• Collaborating with functional leadership and Global Human Resources Leadership and Centers of Excellence to devise and implement the Company’s talent and people strategies, policies, and programs in order to deliver on business commitments while continuing to enhance organizational processes, systems, and capability for the ongoing growth and transformation of the company.

• Active thought leadership for both the functional and Global HR Leadership Teams, the VP, Human Resources will educate, advise, and influence senior leadership on organizational design and development, retention, performance criteria, succession planning, leadership development and inclusion and diversity.

• Lead an HR team, operating as both a strategic and hands-on leader.  The right candidate is a strong executor and developer of people,  confident diving into a range of HR topics, including, but not limited to courageous conversations, inclusion and diversity, attraction and retention of superior talent, talent development and succession,  workforce planning, org development and culture, total rewards and employee relations.

• Partners closely with CHRO on highly visible and impactful global projects, including future of work, global processes and engagement focus areas.

What experience you need 

• 15+ years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience

• Proven experience working successfully across a complex matrix environment 

• Experience advising, counseling, coaching and influencing executive leadership

• Strategic workforce planning experience translated into action through change management excellence

• High degree of knowledge and application of best practices in 

  • Organizational design, talent development, succession planning, and retention practices

  • Employee relations - performance management, investigations, employee coaching/counseling

  • Compensation - rewards, recognition and market-based pay

• High degree of business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to influence

• Identification of talent, culture and skills to fuel a high growth, transforming global tech and D&A company

• Thought leadership in inclusion and diversity

• Experience working a Technology, D&A, or SAAS company with a global presence preferred
