This is your chance to be part of Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As Director of Digital Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will drive the day-to-day performance, optimization, and execution of Hilton's owned digital marketing channels, including Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app.

Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, and Commercial Services, you will translate commercial goals into high-performing digital execution, with accountability for digital revenue performance, loyalty enrollment pathways, and co-brand credit card acquisition. You will lead the activation, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives across web and app, focusing on traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, merchandising, and retailing performance. You will leverage Hilton's marketing technology to serve our customers relevant experiences that meet their travel needs. Through close collaboration with Marketing Strategy, CRM, Content Marketing, UI/UX, and Regional and Brand Marketing Teams, you will ensure Hilton's global marketing initiatives are brought to life through conversion-focused digital experiences.

The Global Marketing team plays a pivotal role in fueling Hilton's growth by maximizing marketing's contribution to enterprise performance.
