Join us!</p></div><p>Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the <strong>Sr. Manager, Accounting</strong> will play a key role in our accounting team, with a strong emphasis on SOX 404(b) compliance and equity (stock-based compensation) accounting. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls, as well as overseeing the accounting and reporting for equity transactions in a fast-paced, public company environment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee accounting for stock-based compensation, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely recognition of equity compensation expense in accordance with ASC 718</li> <li>Manage equity-related reports and data from Shareworks</li> <li>Review and validate fair value assumptions (e.g., Black-Scholes inputs, peer companies)</li> <li>Coordinate with Legal, HR, and external valuation specialists on equity grants and modifications</li> <li>Support preparation of equity disclosures for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, proxy)</li> <li>Help lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of internal controls in compliance with SOX 404(b)</li> <li>Partner with internal and exter
