Customer Service Representative

Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Route Consultant Purchasing Alliance (RCPA)! At RCPA, we help businesses across the country in the logistics industry save time and money through our fuel card services and trusted vendor partnerships.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is friendly, self-motivated, and eager to learn. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound customer calls, conducting research to identify potential leads, and accurately entering lead information into our system to support the Business Development team.

Requirements

• Answer and assist incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Conduct online research to identify potential leads using targeted databases and resources
• Accurately enter and update lead information into Salesforce to ensure timely follow-up by the Business Development team
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Work independently to manage tasks effectively when not handling customer calls
• Participate in various administrative or research tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills

Additional Information

• The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
• This position will require candidates to primarily work from our office in Brentwood, TN, but some work-from-home flexibility is offered
• PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
