This leader will be responsible for fostering clinical excellence, ensuring operational consistency, driving evidence-based treatment practices, supporting staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of client care.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a collaborative and influential behavioral health leader with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary clinical teams in <strong>residential treatment, inpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), or other high-acuity behavioral health settings</strong>.
