Senior Field Support Services Specialist

Responsibilities

Peraton is searching for a talented Field Support Services Specialist to become part of Peraton’s Citizens Security & Public Services.

 

Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems for performance issues.
• Resolve complex technical issues for various devices.
• Utilize standard Incident Management Tools.
• Respond to remote support calls and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
• Address software and network issues, including patching.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft systems.
• Identify and escalate incident trends.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 3 years of experience
• US Citizenship
• Proficiency in using incident management tools such as ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, Remedy, or CA Service Desk.
• Strong understanding of VPN connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Corporate Email Systems, and Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work within strict time frames.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
