2025 Trailblazer Summer Internship Program

The Trailblazer Internship Program is a twelve-week summer internship created by Flexware Innovation, a manufacturing IT company based in Fishers and Valparaiso, IN. This program includes real-world projects with Flexware clients and an opportunity to solve technical problems. During the program, students can expect professional development training, building a peer network with other talented students, and mentoring by Flexware engineers, aka Flexdogs.

We encourage all undergraduate students that meet the following requirements to submit an application to the Trailblazer program:

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Automated Systems and Integration Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, or another technical concentration
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Strong interest in careers within manufacturing and technology (previous internship experience highly preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
