Our Business Development Executives generate new sales leads by researching, contacting and qualifying sales prospects. This is a high volume, cold calling, position converting prospects into qualified sales leads.
Who you are
You are a skilled lead generator with a knowledge of technology solutions and a telemarketing background. You are self-motivated with the propensity to pound out calls. You are driven by networking and consistently exceeding quotas.
You know how to:
- Source new sales opportunities through social media, in-bound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Qualify the potential of customers and route the opportunities to the appropriate sales team member for further development and closure.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Qualify leads from digital campaigns, referrals, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Describe products and services including the introduction and/or enhancements of products and services.
- Research data utilizing sales and marketing intelligence websites.
- Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with existing customers and potential customers which may prove profitable to the Company. This includes verbal and written communication with the customers.
- Assist in conducting marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
- Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product and service results, monitoring competitive products, and analyzing and relaying customer reactions and feedback.
- Maintain customer account records. Conduct market intelligence on competitor activities, including product or service pricing and sales techniques.
Benefits:
This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely.
Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $85,000 to $95,000 annually + Commissions, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
