OnsiteAs a Project Engineering Intern at Collins Aerospace you will work with a multi-disciplined, technical design and project management team in executing the engineering design process, in a fast-paced engineering environment, for development and integration of engineered systems and components. The team works closely with our suppliers, our manufacturing sites, and our customers to ensure that our products are best-in-class, and to continually maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is the core of what we do in the Power and Controls business. Our major product lines are on-board virtually every aircraft flying. Be it keeping passengers safe with our emergency power generation systems, or creating a positive in flight experience through reliable cabin pressure controls and quieter engines, ES focuses on delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers. What You will Do:
Working with the Project Engineering lead on the program to drive the program forward.
Assign and drive action items from meetings to closure.
Support reviews and design efforts.
Communicate clearly with the supporting team members to ensure proper program execution and to meet schedule needs
Coordinate required testing activities with the shop floor or selected test houses.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
