In this position, you will provide supervision and support to a team of crew members to ensure the team performs assigned tasks according to customer specifications while meeting volume of work and quality standards. Develops training and employment opportunities on site at Siemens to obtain, support, and maintain competitive employment for individuals with disabilities.
Direct responsibilities of this position:
*communicate directly with site contacts and other personnel as required
*evaluate workload requirements and distribute duties accordingly
*provide supervision and support to crew members as needed
*ensure assigned tasks are performed according to customer specifications
*collaborate with relevant team members for the development of further opportunities that will provide employment progression and diversity
Requirements
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
3. Experience in managing teams and/or working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, preferred.
