Your Opportunity:  Taylor Corporation is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker that would also be responsible for Janitorial work at Card Fulfillment Services, North Mankato location. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced.

• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.

• Locates stock and delivers items to their destination upon request.

• Ensures incoming deliveries are accurate and stocks supply room.

• Takes inventory and identifies reorder needs.

• Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials.

• Fills requisitions and orders.

• Packs, crates and ships products and materials to distribution center, departments, or assembly line.

• Work with department personnel to ensure all required job information is accurate and correctly documented.

• Understand customer schedules and produce carriers within the agreed upon.

• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and cleaning restrooms.

• Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performance of job duties.

Your Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday

You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years’ experience in the field or related area.

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

• Has good mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects.

• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.

• Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.

• Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.

• Reacts to change productively and handles other tasks as assigned.

• A service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 – $19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
