Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BU TAs and International TAs, to understand their needs and requirements to develop impact and insights capabilities that contribute to the long-term success of the MHI organization.
• Engage with cross-functional leaders within Medical Affairs & Health Impact (MHI) to drive change initiatives and foster consensus among stakeholders to ensure unified direction and commitment.
• Break down complex, unstructured strategic and analytical problems into manageable tasks and create structured work plans that effectively address and solve these challenges
• Clearly communicate challenges and proposed solutions to the executive audience
• Provide strategic direction to cross functional partners for MHI and ensure close coordination between them
• Serve as a translator between BU TAs, International TAs, and the Medical Engagement team to ensure effective communication and understanding of capabilities
• Implement standardized processes and frameworks for measuring end-to-end medical impact across MHI.
• Transform the approach to impact tracking from static, manual report generation to a real-time, dashboard-based approach.
• Scale Medical Engagement Blueprint across TAs
• Partner with HEOR to operationalize care gap analytics across TAs
• Create tools and methodologies for synthesizing insights from various sources, including field feedback, to provide actionable recommendations for the MHI organization.
• Identify key sources of insight for MHI, including existing and novel datasets, and develop an approach to analysis
