Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Architect with deep expertise in cloud migration strategies and tools such as AWS MGN (AWS Application Migration Service), CloudEndure, and other AWS migration services. This role will be instrumental in designing and executing end-to-end AWS migration plans for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of AWS cloud solutions, focusing on application and workload migrations.
• Evaluate existing on-premises environments and develop migration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Execute large-scale migration projects using tools like AWS MGN, CloudEndure, AWS Migration Hub, and related services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to assess workloads, dependencies, and migration readiness.
• Design and implement scalable, cost-effective, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to cloud engineers and client stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to AWS best practices, Well-Architected Framework, and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues efficiently and proactively.
• Document architecture designs, migration processes, and post-migration validations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud migrations.
• Proven expertise with AWS MGN, CloudEndure, and other AWS-native migration tools and services.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience in rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring applications for the cloud.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• AWS Certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional/Associate, AWS Migration Specialist).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hybrid cloud setups and multi-account AWS environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in a consulting or managed services environment.
